Verified Work
Bookser(Book Search) is an android app which will let you read reviews about books. Using the OCR, we can scan the bar code of the book and extract the ISBN number of the respective book. Once we have received the ISBN number, the book review and other related details are fetched from Online servers through Google Books API. The review/details will then be displayed using all the required GUI components and Google's android material design. One can even do a direct search for books and get details about it like price and availability. The app can be used by all the people who are interested to buy a book, but would love to read a review first. In future enhancements we can even let the users post reviews through the app.
